RSA Clinics

Encino Little League is excited to share a sneak peek at how we're enhancing the Fall Ball experience for 2025.After gathering valuable feedback from parents and coaches, we’re proud to introduce weekly Fall Ball clinics led by the expert coaches from Reggie Smith Academy.

What to Expect:
Each clinic will offer an in-depth focus on a specific position or skill, providing players with professional-level instruction and development opportunities. For example, a dedicated Middle Infield clinic will cover both fundamental and advanced techniques for shortstops and second basemen. Players will receive hands-on training in fielding mechanics, footwork, glove transfers, double play execution, defensive positioning based on game situations, and tagging base stealers. Coaches will also gain access to drills they can incorporate into team practices.

Other clinic topics will include Pitching/Throwing, Hitting, Catching, Outfield Play, First Base, and more to be announced.

These clinics are exclusively available to Fall Ball players in AAA divisions and above, at no additional cost. Weekly clinics will take place on Mondays from 5:15pm-6:15pm for league age 8 and above.  There will be 3 clinics specifically for league age 7 (AAA) that will take place on Mondays from 4pm-5pm. All clinics are optional and are provided in addition to games and team practices. Clinics will divide players by division/experience to maximize results.  More details and how players and coaches can sign up will be shared soon.
