ELL is proud to offer a new online resource for the community to help kids of all ages and abilities deal with the mental/emotional challenges of baseball: Bulletproof Hitter and Bulletproof Parent.

Through a series of short and easy to understand videos, Bulletproof Hitter is meant to be watched by kids, parents, and coaches to give players the tools to process their emotions, accept mistakes, stop being so hard on themselves, and become more confident.

Bulletproof Parent is meant for parents, offering advice on how to effectively talk to our kids before and after a game to help them with fear, anxiety, and disappointment.
